Vegetables, clean healthy proteins, some complex carbs, your favourite fruit, a cup of tea and a big glass of water.
Most importantly stop entertaining the thought of greasy, fatty, salty/sweet, delicious, unhealthy food. You can do this!

Why cheat when you can eat like this and still stay on track? These look better then regular pancakes and indeed they are. I am tempted not to give y'all the recipe just so your mouths could water and you can drool like Pavlov's dog... but that would be mean.
