I know exactly what you're saying... you are saying "that is a very large meal". And indeed it is. It's huge, massive! I cannot deny it. Which is my point. When you feel like eating bad, eat big! Vegetables, clean healthy proteins, some complex carbs, your favourite fruit, a cup of tea and a big glass of water. Most importantly stop entertaining the thought of greasy, fatty, salty/sweet, delicious, unhealthy food. You can do this! When challenges come. Change your thoughts. Steer your mind in the direction of your goals. Let's not sabotage today! It's awl gud! No more excuses! Get with the program!
