Remembering last week's sermon at church... IT'S NEVER ENOUGH TO JUST START. You need to first lay a proper foundation of understanding why you started in the first place. Habits, patterns, thoughts and priorities are very important. You have to continuously move forward in order to grow. If you want to stand still, sit on a chair. To move forward you need a bike. Faith reduced to a one time decision is doomed for failure. Bikes don't work. Remember it's a bike not a chair. Bikes work when they are moving forward. Imagine stomping away from a bike because it wouldn't stand up. If faith is not constantly exercised and nourished it will no longer seem real to it's possessor. When faith isn't applied the individual becomes double minded. This is why all the biblical images of faith are all active and strenuous. Pastor Don Horban
