You need to take this very seriously! It takes 21 days to create a habit...not two weeks, not 20 days. 21 days! If you set a goal for yourself and want to see it through, you must first commit and then apply 3 weeks of consistency in order to achieve SUCCESS! No excuses! Let's be real!
