 Our "NOXQSEZ" Online Transformation Program consists of three steps:

 

Step One

  • initial consult and assessment to determine program goals

  • $200.00 plus HST

 

Step Two

  • customize nutrition program

  • customize cardio program

  • $200.00 plus HST

 

Step Three - Weekly Ongoing Program Support

  • weekly check-ins including weigh-ins

  • weekly adjustments to both nutrition and cardio program as required

  • email and text support for questions and concerns

  • $25.00 per week  ( HST Included )

 

Our nutritional consultation not only includes a customized nutrition program, but sample recipes for simple, healthy, yet tasty dishes that are low calorie, nourishing and fun to cook.
