When lifting heavy weights, always remember to go into it with a confident "knowing". Smooth, controlled, deliberate repetitions. Aggressive on the push, controlled on the negative. Remember this is heavy, dangerous iron. You could get hurt. You could tear or pull muscles. 

Always train hard, and stay safe and train smart.
