Personal Training

 

Learn to train with proper form and technique in a private, fully equipped, climate controlled fitness studio. Our equipment is top notch and our facilities are comparable to any large commercial gym. We are conveniently located in Newmarket, Ontario.

We welcome all levels of clients. Our programs are geared to:

  • those new to weight training who want to learn the basics

  • individuals who currently work out regularly but need guidance or inspiration to take it to the next level

  • serious athletes who have reached a plateau and need help from a national champion who has "been there" and "done it"

 

Training sessions are customized to meet your needs and can be:

  • one on one

  • with a friend or with your spouse

  • as little as once a week, twice a week (recommended) or three or four times per week for advanced level clients
